Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the items must be in unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition with the original tags still attached. We also require proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Customized or personalized items

3. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or reach out via our contact page. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process. If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.
